Its been a really terrible last fortnight.

DD2 is now going to after hours school care as Mum can't drive, nor has a car to drive as she wrote hers off in a car crash a fortnight ago.

It is a really crappy time atm.

Dogs owners are clearly not feeding their cat.

It's starving and is so skinny.

So sad, it invites itself via the laundry door and scoffs down my cats food.

And has fleas.....

The most unappreciative people are the ones who say that you are unappreciative. The most unwelcoming people are those who say you are unwelcoming. The most manipulative people are those who say you are manipulative. They say they care, but they never show it. They will hide the fact that you have tried and continue to do so when they don’t even bother. Some people are confused because you don’t want those types of people regardless of who they are in your children’s and your lives...you don’t want your children believing that their behaviour is acceptable and the way you treat people, it’s hard when to the outside world, everybody sees a performance but behind closed doors, there is nothing. If you want a relationship with my children, you have to make the effort to be in their lives. If you choose not to, don’t whinge or complain that they don’t want anything to do with you, it’s your doing. It’s a shame because it’s all I’ve ever wanted, for you to have an active role in their lives but not with the current behaviour that you only bother with them when the world is watching and then I don’t feel it’s completely genuine.

Thanks Esther.

It is a crappy situation but nothing I can do about it. I just don’t bother so much. I say thanks for the kids Christmas presents and I get a thumbs up reply...no thanks for their child’s present.
My kids don’t even get a happy birthday, made sure their child got a birthday card from us even though I really didn’t want to.

Today I had a TIA.

I’m ok, but too young to be having strokes.

Had another episode last night, hospy is fairly sure that its not TIA's, but something else. Need a referral to neurologist.
