We're down to 2 feeds

So we're down to 2 feeds a day, DD2 doesn't seem to miss her day feed, but my god my boobs miss her! I don't want to express, but how long til my boobs settle down?
Me: 38
DH: 38
DS1: 11.5 bf for 6 weeks
DD1: 8.5 bf for 13 weeks
DS2: 6.5 bf for 26 months
DD2: 4 bf for 3 yrs and 2 weeks

was this her lead or yours? You might find it helpful to hand express a little for comfort while keeping an eye out for blocked ducts.

How long? different for everyone but I would think you should notice a difference within a week - I may be being generous here. I guess it depends on how many feeds have been dropped.
How are you feeling about it all?

She stopped asking for the day feed, and I wanted to starting weening her. I've only dropped one feed. I have to admit I miss it, I didn't think it would be such an emotional journey.

Next month I want to ween her off her morning feed, I'll see how we go first.
