dd2 had her last feed Friday night, just 1 week shy of 16 months. that's it for me.... no more bfing I'm ok about it actually, thought I'd be pretty sad but we're all good.

now my challenge to get the girl who will not drink milk to consume enough calcium....

Congratulations! 16 months of breastfeeding, well done both of you.

Lots of foods other than milk are high in calcium. My kids rarely consume milk, but they eat a lot of yoghurt and cheese. As far as non dairy sources go, green leafy vegetables, fish and almonds spring to mind. If she's OK with nuts, maybe try adding almond meals to baked goods or giving her almond butter on bread.
