Doh! I've lost the knack!

With ds1 I used to express maybe once a month and was pretty good at it. Could usually get 60ml or so in a sitting

I haven't really done it at all this time around, but am going out for a few hours tonight and was planning to leave some milk for dh. Been expressing for 30 mins and have only got 1ml! Oh deary me.

At one point I was expressing full time for my DS. I got so good that I'd skip the fancy let down stimulating phase that the pump did, because I was already letting down by the time I had finished setting up. A few months later, I tried to express to clear a blockage. Nothing.

My go-to techniques for pumping were mostly distraction, trashy tv, and forum time.

Well ds2 woke up and cried and 50ml came spurting out all at once lol.

However, dh has developed and ideological objection to baby bottles (just doesn't 'feel' right) and didn't even use it
