we are doing it right for sure BIL spoke to a doctor about it and all so its all good just have to wait now just feeling sick couldnt eat all my dinner last night cause if i did i would have been sick

Three cycles is not that many - though it's hard to be patient!

I have some friends who did it your way - they did 5 days in a row around ovulation time, and I think it worked for them 3rd cycle...
DS1 - born May 2011, breastfed for 26 months
DS2 - born Dec 2013, breastfeeding like a champ

yeah, I think for most people, 5 months is average time to get pregnant? Something like that anyway. So don't worry too much yet.

It does sound like you're ovulating. When your mucus is clear and stretchy, that's when you're most fertile.

Perhaps you can inseminate more times around ovulation, just to get the sperm where it needs to be at the right time. (I hope inseminate is used for people, sorry if it's not, I work in zoology).

thank you all time will tell.
i got preggers with my first on the forth round of home insemination so if this dont work hopefully next one will cause i was hoping to be preggers before my little one turned one thats in like 2 weeks time

from the info I read when we were trying for DD, its normal to take up to 12 months for a healthy couple.If the couple are older, its suggested to speak to someone after about 6 months I think.

Im not sure if theres a range of normal with home insemination, considering you may not have the opportunities to inseminate as much as a regular couple. Hopefully it works soon for you.
