Baby brain: cognitive decline during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
“Brain fog” is a name colloquially used to describe a cluster of cognitive symptoms that are experienced by many. Also known as “baby brain” or “mummy brain”, it can particularly impact pregnant or breastfeeding women; commonly, problems with memory, concentration/attention, and slowed thinking are reported.
Our project aims to gain a better understanding of the features of brain fog, the factors that trigger it, and how it affects quality-of-life. This information may assist us to identify ways to diagnose, manage and treat the symptoms.
If you are aged 20 years or older and believe that you have suffered from brain fog, we would be very grateful if you could complete our online survey:

This link will take you to a Participant Information and Consent form. This will explain more about the aims of the study. If you are willing to proceed after reading the form, you can click on the link to the actual survey. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, and is completely anonymous.
Thank you for your support of this important study.
