Helpline problems

Post by Bailey's Mum » Fri May 02, 2014 10:50 am

Can anyone help me? My handset died in the middle of a call. I have logged out so the system doesn't keep sending calls that I can't answer. However, I've tried to log in from both of my mobiles and the system doesn't accept my home number (it says it's not 10 digits long, or that it's not recognised by the system).

I've emailed my state and national Helpline email addresses, but I don't know what to do next. Can anyone help my by PM or on FB pretty please?

Even on "check your logon status" menu item, it doesn't accept my area code and phone number as having 10 digits. WWT? :smt102

All good. Talking to Manager now. Could someone please move this thread off the main forum? TIA.
