antenatal anxiety is back :(

Stressed….depressed or just feeling emotionally isolated and in need of a chat? Sometimes the labels don’t fit but the emotional baggage we carry is the same…….if your life isn’t all beautiful like the nappy ads would have us believe, feel free to have a chat here. It’s important to have somewhere safe where you can be yourself and talk about the things that REALLY matter.

Sorry :( I was thinking that might be part of the problem but was really hoping your foot would be feeling much better. Big hugs.

Hugs. Can you do some cardio that doesn't involve your foot? Bouncing in an exercise bask with one leg or even lifting weight with your arms as fast as you can will get your heart rate up! I used to do it with just 500g in each hand, maybe even less. There are lots of footless exercises.

I'd also second seeing a counselor. At least get it off your chest.
