Both. Swimming really wears me out, but when you start tired, you're pretty much guaranteed to finish tired. Tonight's run might just have to be a walk, I think.

I have exercised most days so far this year. I am up to running for 43 minutes. Food has been so so. I have zero willpower.

I was like that this morning, I even fell asleep  feeding DS to sleep after lunch, I woke up about 30 mins later with him fast asleep lying on top of me. So cute, but so hot!! If it weren't for DD, I would have stayed there though 8)

I wish napping counted as exercise, because I just had a 90 minute nap and woke up feeling worse than before.

I swam some laps last night now I have some proper bathers. I hope to do this once per week. I'm riding to the cricket tonight and hope to ride to work tomorrow. I also walked for 2 hours with the kids the other day. Trying to be active.

I shall have to join you ladies.
I've been slack in the last week and need to get my exercise happening again.
Goals: healthy eating, balanced plates at all mealtimes, more fruit, less bikkies. exercise at least 3 times a week. I'd love to see some weightloss too.

I joined the points online program in Dec but have found it easy to ignore in the last week. will have to give it a little more time too.

Oh I forgot to check my weight this morning. But after a lovely breakfast of pancakes, :? we took the family for a stroll around the neighborhood.

Well, I've managed to misplace 800g
Let's hope I don't find them again!

Zumba when i don't work too late, riding my bike to work some days, and playing table tennis have helped me get going again. Being dry for a while also gives my weight loss a boost when it has stalled. 39 KGs so far. :-D

Just made Kale chips....yummy and super good for you!

For the first time ever, I did an exercise DVD. So chuffed I did it. The sweat was running off me.

Quite a lot left, actually! Really only realizing how big I was now that I'm not so much.

I have finally lost 500g. My measurements have been getting smaller but I think I was losing fat and gaining muscle.
