Come on Mum lets go

I'm so proud of my big boy. This is the same child that would sit with me when we went anywhere new and not want to play too far from me. I had so many people say that I should push him unto being more independent, which I refused to do.

This is the conversation from this morning
Me: how you going H?
H : You can go now Mum
Me: Oh okay, did you want say goodbye to R?
H: Nah Mum, it's okay, I'm a bit busy

We'd only been there about 5 minutes, he gave me a big hug and kiss and waved as I left. He had a ball and felt so proud that he stayed there by himself. My first baby is so grown up
DS1 - April 06
DS2 - August 08
DD - October 10

What other people think of me is none of my business.

What a gorgeous big boy T!

I had to laugh at that conversation - DD was virtually the same this morning!

I am always happy to be late for work to spend time to ease her into her kindy day but for the 3 days she has been so far she hasn't cared less!

This morning we put her fruit in the bowl, hung her bag and stuff up and then I said "shall Mummy come and do a puzzle with you?" and she said "nah you can go to work Mummy"!! I stood in the corner chatting to the teacher and some of the other Mum's for about 10 minutes and watched her and then when I had to go I went up and tckled her neck and she swung around and said "what are you still doing here? You'll be late for work!" Couldn't have cared if I was there or not!

Hello!

I don't have a picture of my baby's 1st kinder-school day but I have some beautiful memories in my mind.At that time, we were in Calgary.
