need hugs. Had a bad day at work ( feeling taken for granted by someone that I've been helping) and then found out that I only just passed my first assignment... and it was due to the formatting.
What are you studying that formatting is a huge issue? Any point asking for the grade to be reviewed?

Masters of counselling... introduction to counselling.
and No I don't think so, a pass is a pass.
I'm just running out of whatever.
If you imagine the hill that we're supposedly climbing, I'm on a cliff face and there's maybe a handhold ( the end of the assignment) a little beyond hands reach... and I can see another cliff starting just after but its shorter ( the exam) and more cliffs ahead...
and thats only the one cliff that I'm climbing- the other one is easier, I've got helpers on there, but the guide is chasing a butterfly....
its ok... nothing a shower cry and keep plodding can't fix

Oh LTM, I'm sorry it all seems so hard at the moment. Hopefully the plodding gets a little easier. Do something nice for yourself tomorrow if you can - you passed! That is no small thing.

I'm doing horse training on myself because its easier... sort of cognitive behaviour therapy based exercises... do a sentence or two of the assignment and then when I get stressed take a break, then get back into it. but I learnt it from a horse trainer. Maybe thats what I should be doing(I wish)
