So proud of DH- must have him well trained ;-)

DH is changing jobs and had his exit interview today with a HR person. One of the questions he was asked was if he was aware of any equal opportunity issues. He said yes. The facilities for breastfeeding mothers returning to work are pretty crap. He knows 2 women who express in the toilet. The HR person was surprised and said, 'but they can use the first aid room' and he said that actually it is often not available as it is also used by researchers for conducting interviews. She did not know that. So he told her about the BFW scheme and said it seemed like she might look into it :-D . He did not tell her that he had previously emailed the CEO about BFW and got a very dismissive reply (something about breastfeeding n.... ).

Well done DH!
