I'm so sorry to hear your diagnosis and prognosis. I hope you are one of the one's that survive. You have been a great attribute to the ABA, and we all understand that your priority would be yourself and your family.

We try to do. help her pack up. I will say E pick up the yellow square piece, or all x type blocks etc, then move on. She'll sometimes say you need to help me. sprained ankles can be very painful. but he should be able to hobble about, play/draw/read stories with the kids, or at least one of them to help while he is resting his foot. prop it on pillows while sit on floor etc get a compression tubigrip stocking and double layer it over the foot above ankle ...

Have you tried using a heatpack? I had shoulderblade pain when feeding E when she was bub and change in boob size from b-dd. I would heat up heatpack get myself set and feed E with heatpack on back between shoulders, it helped me relax and helped letdown too.
