Re: Inappropriate 12y.o talk

The friends she has been keeping at school are rather vulgar and we had a lengthy discussion about finding friends with better standards. We have since found out that she did not say this rather someone told this boy she had who in turn told his father and his father took it as gospel. Still it was ...

Re: Need some perspective

I whole heartedly agree with MW. Maybe you could also organise for a babysitting round robin where all the couples get a few hours break on their own. Might be a chance for you and hubby to reconnect. But I agree with MW and maybe use the first 2 days to connect as a family but who knows you may jus...

Re: Nutritional value

I would be giving fair work australia a call. A friend of DH worked for the same family business for 17 years pay was not regular and they only paid about a years worth of super. The business went belly up he got nothing for it no super, entitlements, redundancy. So worth checking.

Re: 5yo sleeping

I found at that age usually 5 days in a row cemeted the new routine. So made a one week reward chart using a laminated grid and 7 favorite pictures/smiles that I sticked on. Really missing friendship today. Missing being able to sit over a coffee and just chat. Need to talk over some stuff and have someone say it will work out and they will be there for me and help me if needed. Feeling a bit crap that my once friend is going through a similar circumstance that we will ...

Rhodendron gardens. The other garden I think it's Alfred something. Drive to the look outs. Bush walk. Not much to do comfortably in this weather though.
