3rd percentile baby development

My daughter was 2.5 kilos born full term. She'll be 4 months on the 17th & currently weighs 5.2 kilos.
I was wondering if smaller babies development are slower then average size babies.

Thank you for your advise. I have visited my local community nurse for settling techniques. The room has a cot so we put Ava to the test. Mind you this was conducted during the day.
