getting my groceries delivered (by a non big name place) saves me heaps. Whenever I go shopping I always get a huge shock at checkout :? I spend too much money on alcohol, but I am cuttinng back, I just have expensive tastes :lol:

last year we made personalised christmas placemats and laminated them to use on the day and they doubled as gifts from the kids. People loved them :) We also made angels out of toilet rolls to use as centrepieces :)

I used them until DD2 could confidently walk holding my hand. I gather once we got to that point the parks aren't really designed for us. I would use them all the time before that even though I hardly ever used a pram. It takes just as much room to get a baby out and place in a slinng as it does to ...

Have you researchhed the negative side effects from these sort of diets? You can get very sick from them. It is much better to stick to eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. JMO. My mum got extremely sick from following this sort of diet

A doctor once told me to use the glass test. If you press a glass against the rash and it disappears chances are it is fine (see a doc if it persists). The time to see a doc is when the rash doesn't go away with the glass. HTH
