10 months supply issues?

I have a few questions that I have been meaning to raise in the past couple of weeks. DD has been exclusively breast fed and is 10 months next week. She only feeds 3-4 times a day and not at all through the night. I have been thinking about an alternative for the 1 or 2 (normally just 1 these days) ...

Thanks guys. I did wonder about the necklace so might give that a try. Oh yes, I am very thankful that she chooses to let go before checking out the world around! But I am not stressing so much about how much she is getting when we are out which means I can relax a little. We have just started solid...

Struggling at 6 months

My dd turned 6 months yesterday and I am finding the distractions are getting harder and harder to deal with. I am thinking that I may have to start expressing to feed when i'm not at home because she just won't stay latched with things going on around her. I am talking about 3 sucks at a time :? I ...

Still undecided as to whether DD is going to be veggie. A discussion I need to have with DH soon :? She is only 23 weeks so probably a little early for whole foods like broccoli? She only has 4-5 breastfeeds per day (sleeps from 7pm to 6:30am :D ) . Seems like nothing compared to most people on here...

Thanks guys. I think I will give the rice cereal a miss. Shame because she loved it. I will up the BF tomorrow and hopefully she comes good. Then I might see how she goes with some veg.

Solid food, no poo!

Hi, We are on day three of introducing solid food which at this stage is some rice cereal with breast milk. The first day she was normal but yesterday and today she has not done a poo (normally about 2 per day). The rice cereal has a lot of iron and I don't want her to become constipated. Are there ...

Hot Stuff

My DD is 14 weeks. While feeding she gets beads of sweat all over her head. Especially in the evening when she feeds for a long time. This evening her hair was drenched by the time she was finished. It doesnt seem to bother her but is this normal? It is not particularly warm in the room. I have even...

The hardest thing i've ever done

My first baby is 14 weeks old today. I thought it might be nice to share my story for any other new mums having difficulty. Although, having read some of the stories people have posted, it makes me feel that my time wasn't so bad after all. After going through most of my labor naturally, I was 9 cm ...
